I can't even remember what I did, restore to this, and then it worked. I don't know what happened, what got into my computer, I have Kaspersky Anti-Virus 13 and it has regular It worked like a charm, and I have accomplished zillions of tasks with it, until maybe 7 days ago. I have had MGI Photosuite 3 for well over ten years. I am still using applications I purchased on Windows 7 from 1998. Photos and being 10+ years old doesn't make it obsolete.
